Magical Abilities:
• Gust- Your standard blast of wind, employing both magical and physical components. She tends to direct such magic in partnership with her powerful wings. Fairly weak and uncomplicated, but of a multitude of uses.

• Glitterdust- Bliss summons a wind more powerful than her standard Gust spell. Shards of miniscule particles, like glass or metal, scatter, cutting and irritating the skin and eyes. Primarily used as a defensive spell to distract a target, but can prove deadly if inhaled.

• True Aim- A simple spell useful only in conjuncture with projectiles. Bliss can guide a single arrow, stone, crossbow bolt, or other missile towards its target, increasing accuracy. Not quite foolproof, but useful on windy days or when conditions otherwise might make long-range weapons useless.

Talents:
• Woodworking- As a carpenter by day, Bliss is well acquainted with her craft and is quite capable of supporting herself with her skills.

• Dancing- Light on her hooves and with a good sense of rhythm, Bliss is an exceptional dancer, although she doesn’t get to display this particular talent very often. She can’t resist moving when she hears a good beat.

• Marksmanship- A good shot with a crossbow, she spends weekend mornings at the shooting range, and over the years has gotten quite good for someone who has never been formally trained.

Personality:
Sigrun is a straightforward and painfully honest sort. She has a well-earned reputation as a bit of a tomboy, and spent most of her youth running around with a group of boys rather than girls, pretending at war and competing in sports. A bit of a loudmouth, she has a clever tongue, but doesn’t always consider others’ emotions before speaking. Few ever wonder how she’s feeling. There is little she loves more than to be the center of attention, and she doesn’t like to be left out of much of anything.
Bliss is quite intelligent, with a quick mind, but she doesn't have the patience for book learning. She'd much rather be out in the world doing things than cooped up in a classroom taking her education from books.

History:

Like much of the small Meaweet population of Nexra, Bliss has Delakan parentage, in this case her father. Both of her parents are still alive, her father a carpenter - Bliss follows in his footsteps and helps him out at the business he owns- and her mother, a soldier. Her mother taught her all she knows about marksmanship, but she’s spent most of the time she was not at home having children away patrolling Nexra’s borders.
Bliss is the oldest of four, two younger sisters (Astrid and Melody) and a younger brother (Bane).

Bliss's family lives in a small village near the mountain of Garendall, nestled betwixt the craggy cliffs above Nexra's greatest subterranean stronghold. They are part of a small immigrant community comprised largely of outsiders, those possessed of non-delakan parentage or otherwise married to such.

Her childhood was, for the most part, happy and fulfilled. She spent much of her younger years scampering around the village with a motley group of boys her own age, enjoying the thrill of the outdoors and open skies. To this day she retains an active lifestyle, and is rarely found at home.

However, as included as she was in her home village, where so many of the inhabitants were different and half-breeds were very common, growing up Sigrun has had to come to terms with being one of a minority of Nexran inhabitants to possess the power of flight. More than discrimination against herself, she's been bothered by discrimination against her father, whose Delakan parents condemned his decision to wed a Meaweet woman. Sigrun isn't fond of her father's side of the family, who are fairly well-to-do, and the feeling is mutual.

At the age of sixteen, Sigrun took up the mantel of apprentice to her father, who worked (and still works) as a carpenter, making everything from cupboards and wardrobes to children's wooden toys and puzzles. Almost ten years later, she has become very adept at her craft, and her father is considering passing the shop along to her sole jurisdiction very soon. She has long been moved out of her family's household, but remains in the village, close enough to look after her younger sisters and brothers should her parents need some time to themselves, but far enough away to lead her own life.

Extra:
-She made the crossbow she wields herself, and sells others to mercenaries or other persons of interest in Nexra.

-Her favorite dessert is dark chocolate cheesecake.

-Bliss is very good with small children, and enjoys playing games.

-She is an adept flier, but it isn't considered one of her talents. She is no better or worse than most of the other fliers of her age group.

-She wishes she had someone outside if her family to fly with.

-Though she is a skilled marksman and enjoys the pastime of a weekend morning at the shooting range, she's squeamish and does not possess the discipline to be part of Nexra's armed forces.
