It's that time of year again! While my coworkers are busy grading student midterms, I get to teach the class a little bit about digital painting. We always start with a value landscape, but this year, I get to teach them about color!

I might be late to the gradient map train, but as far as quick application of color is concerned, this trick is really nifty.
